Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TrustedContractor Network. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By registering for or using TrustedContractor Network ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including General Contractors, Subcontractors, and administrators.
TrustedContractor Network is a professional marketplace platform that connects General Contractors (GCs) with licensed and insured Subcontractors. Our services include:
We are a marketplace platform only. We do not employ contractors, manage projects, or guarantee the quality of work performed.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Each person may maintain only one account per role (GC or Subcontractor).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
All subcontractor profiles are subject to admin review before receiving "Verified" status. Verification includes but is not limited to review of:
Verified status does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of contractor quality, solvency, or fitness for any particular project. GCs must independently verify credentials and exercise their own judgment before hiring.
You agree not to:
TrustedContractor Network facilitates introductions between GCs and subcontractors. We are not a party to any contract formed between users. All contracts, payments, and project agreements are between the GC and Subcontractor directly. We are not responsible for payment disputes, work quality, project delays, or any other outcome of contractor relationships formed through the platform.
Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual work experience. Fake reviews, retaliation reviews, or reviews solicited in exchange for compensation are prohibited and may result in account termination. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.
All platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by TrustedContractor Network. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a license to display and use it within the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTEDCONTRACTOR NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, OR PERSONAL INJURY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustedContractor Network, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your interactions with other users.
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
